• Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Returns and Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order or return your items under the following conditions:

• Return Window: You can return items within 3 days of receiving the goods. This applies only for damaged products or if you received the wrong color or size.

• Proof Required: To initiate a return, you must provide clear photographic evidence or video showing the issue with the product (e.g., damage, incorrect color, or size).

• Refund Process: Once we receive the returned items and verify the condition, we will process your refund using the original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
